I see neither an error on
http://xen-tools.org/software/xen-tools/releases.html nor does it
state that 4.3.1 is the current release. 

Which page do you look at? Maybe a stale browser cache?

P.S.: Neither more than one exclamation mark (if any) nor more than
one question mark are necessary.
